Betta Aquarium Silicone

An easily applied, one part acetoxy curing high modulus silicone sealant. Specifically developed for sealing aquarium products and repair.

Outstanding adhesion to smooth and non-porous substrates such as glass and metal, reacting with atmospheric moisture to quickly form a durable and high strength flexible waterproof seal. Will accommodate joint movement of +/-25%.

Directions

Surfaces must be sound, clean and dry, joint depth must never be greater than the width.

Gun the sealant firmly into the joint to provide a solid fill. The sealant may be tooled using a slightly wetted stick or spatula.

Tack free in approx. 15 minutes and fully cured in 1-5 days, depending on joint dimensions. Please ensure silicone has fully cured before use. It is the user’s responsibility to determine suitability.
