The filter cartridge in your biOrb should be changed every 4-8 weeks*.
A new cartridge is supplied in the Service Kit as well as a special cleaning pad for removing dirt and algae from the inside surface of the biOrb and water preparation chemicals for carrying out a partial water change.
The kit also contains easy to follow step by step instructions.
Most aquariums have filters with several compartments containing different types of filter media which needs to be carefully cut, measured and changed. Changing too much or too little can result in water quality problems. In the Service Kit this has all been done for you, so you just have to replace the filter cartridge and dont need to worry.

Who should my customers contact if they have questions?
All existing customer loans have been automatically transferred to Klarna and your customers have also been notified directly. There will be no changes to existing terms and conditions and customers do not have to take any action. From 1st January 2019 Klarna became the lender on all new loan applications.

Delivery & Returns

Just let us know that you're going to return the item(s) by contacting us (stating your Order Number) and complete the returns packing slip that will have been included with your delivery. This will help us to quickly identify the item that you have returned (unopened and unused) - and we'll put a refund through for you.
