We're pleased to see that the Eheim Professional is back, only now it's been renamed as the Eheim eXperience and has a larger version in the product line up. The Eheim eXperience can be seen as a step up from the Eheim Classic external filter, but for smaller aquariums where the Professional 3 is too large.
The square footprint of the eXperience maximises the volume of filter media that can be placed within the canister, with a number of filter media trays provided which make it really easy to carry out maintenance.
Another benefit of the Eheim xPerience is the hose attachment. This allows you to stop the flow of water in and out of the filter so that you can then disconnect the hoses with ease. All you need to do then is unplug the filter and carry it to a sink where you can open the filter to clean the filter media.
It is possible to tailor the filter media in the eXperience to your aquarium, adding for example EhfiTorf if you're keeping Amazonian fish, or Phosphate remover if you're keeping marine fish and inverts.
The Eheim eXperience range includes hoses and fittings, together with filter media - simply unpack the filter and you're ready to go.

Who should my customers contact if they have questions?
All existing customer loans have been automatically transferred to Klarna and your customers have also been notified directly. There will be no changes to existing terms and conditions and customers do not have to take any action. From 1st January 2019 Klarna became the lender on all new loan applications.

Delivery & Returns
