JBL Novo Malawi Cichlid Flakes

JBL Novo Malawi Flakes are produced specifically for East African Cichlids from Lake Malawi. They contain 38% high quality spirulina algae that are rich in protein (S. platensis) and plankton. Studies in the lakes of the Great Rift Valley have shown that algae grazing cichlids eat diatom and blue green algae (Cyanophyceen), and not green algae as is often presumed. JBL Novo Malawi Flakes replicated this diet.

This product does not cloud the water and should be fed to your African Rift Cichlids little and often.
